Serum or Moisturiser

• Usage: Applied after serums to seal in the active ingredients and provide lasting hydration. Used daily, usually twice a day.

Comparison:

• Targeted Treatment vs. General Hydration: Serums are more effective for targeting specific skin concerns due to their potent formulas. Moisturizers, while they can contain active ingredients, are generally designed to keep the skin hydrated and protected.
• Layering: For optimal skincare, both serums and moisturizers are often used together. The serum targets specific issues, while the moisturizer ensures that the skin stays hydrated and the serum’s ingredients are locked in.
